Ajit Kumar
Founder Partner & President
Ajit has experience of working in the corporate world over 19 years in India and abroad as a consultant. He is qualified corporate finance analyst & consultant. He has studied MBA from Punjabi University in Finance & Control and senior management program in Executive Program in Applied Finance (EPAF) from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta.
Before starting Imperial Minerals & Mining Advisors LLP in 2020, he worked with some leading mining company in India as an independent director from 2016 to 2019. Ajit is working as a consultant to German company Balke & Partner for South Asia Market. Balke & Partner is a leading stone market place for Buying & Selling of mining minerals assets.
Before launching his own startup Imperial Minerals & Mining Advisors LLP, he worked 3 years as executive director with a leading natural stone quarry company in North India.
Ajit is on board many quarry Mining companies as a consultant. Kumar is actively working with Balke & Partner – German based consulting firm, as a Director & Expert Person ( Transaction Advisory) for East & South Asia.
Ajit Kumar is MBA ( Finance ) at Punjabi University, Patiala. Executive Program in Applied Finance (EPAF) Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta ( IMM-C).
With his marketing skills and network of buyers, in just 2 years company has achieved a million dollars turnover.
